 in class the teacher had a poem for us to read and it was short poem. the title of the poem is The Red Wheelbarrow" after reading we had a class discussion about what we read and how we interpreted the poem each of my classmates had different answers but then the teacher wanted us to get the bigger picture so he started to ask us questions about we depended on or what we need for our daily life and it started to make sense.

 today in class the teacher at the start of class wanted to talk about black history month but specifically about one person his name is Benzel Washington. i personally didn't know who he was this was the first time i heard this name. the teacher then asked us what did we already know about the individual, but no one really seemed to know much about him the teacher then told us two facts about him one was that he was the first African American to win "Best Actor" since 1963 against a white man and that he was never seen kissing a white woman on screen.
