 The early days of when I had just started working at my new job were off to a great start everyone seemed to get along with each other, but man was I mistaking. After a week or two of starting at my new job all the managers would be in their own little circle but would also bud into the rest of the employee's business. The managers tended to yell at me and the rest of the crew for every small mistake either they did or we did.
